一、个人简介
丁祝进,男,副教授,博士,硕士研究生导师。中国水产学会鱼病专业委员会会员,海洋湖沼学会养殖生态学分会会员,江苏省“双创计划” 科技副总,连云港市“花果山英才计划”“双创博士”。2017年6月毕业于华中农业大学,获农学博士学位,2019年12月至今为中国科学院水生生物研究所博士后科研流动站、江苏省海洋资源开发研究院博士后工作站联合培养博士后,2020年1月至今为丹麦哥本哈根大学访问学者。近些年,一直从事水产动物免疫学方向的科研工作,主要研究内容包括病原与宿主互作机制解析、机体抗感染免疫应答机制解析、免疫增强剂研发等。目前,主持江苏省自然科学基金、江苏省农业科技自主创新资金项目、中国博士后科研基金面上项目、江苏省现代农业(紫菜)产业技术体系推广示范基地、连云港市“花果山英才计划”等项目,参与国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划子课题等多项,已在Frontiers in immunology、Fish and shellfish immunology、International Journal of Molecular Sciences、Aquaculture reports、Molecular immunology、Developmental and comparative immunology、Journal of fish diseases等期刊发表学术论文17篇,其中第一或通讯作者(含共同)发表SCI论文12篇。

二、教学情况
承担课程(本科):《鱼类增养殖学》、《细胞生物学》和《动物生理学实验》等;承担课程(研究生):《饲料配制与投饲技术》、《高级海洋水产动物营养与饲料学》等;指导研究生10名。
