
一、个人简介
谭文强,男,博士,副研究员,硕士研究生导师。2018年6月毕业于中国科学院大学,获得海洋化学博士学位。2018年7月至2024年10月,中国科学院烟台海岸带研究所副研究员;2024年11月加入江苏海洋大学。入选2024、2025年“全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单(World's Top 2% Scientists)”,荣获中国科学院院长特别奖、中国科学院优秀博士学位论文,入选中国科学院青年创新促进会会员、连云港市花果山英才“双创博士”。主持中国科学院青促会青年人才项目、山东省自然科学基金、企业委托技术开发项目等课题,作为科研骨干参与了国家重点研发课题、国家自然科学基金、中国科学院科技服务网络计划(STS计划)课题以及企业委托技术开发项目。担任Biomedical Engineering Communications (BMEC) 杂志青年编委,担任Food Chemistry,Food Hydrocolloids,Carbohydrate Polymers等多个期刊审稿人。目前以第一作者及通讯作者在Food Chemistry,Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Food Hydrocolloids,Carbohydrate Polymers,International Journal of Biological Macromolecules,Materials Science and Engineering: C等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文近30篇;授权国家发明专利近20项,参编专著1部。指导1名研究生入选“山东省优秀硕士学位论文”。
二、研究方向
研究方向为海洋多糖基生物材料,主要针对海洋多糖的功能材料构建,包括病灶微环境响应型智能自组装纳米载药平台、食品活性包装材料、阳离子抑菌材料等,探究其尺寸效应、功能结构域分子多样性对其物化性能和生物活性的影响规律以及在医药、食品、农业、水产等领域的应用。
