一、个人简介
杨杰,南京农业大学食品科学与工程专业博士,入选江苏省“双创计划”科技副总,连云港市“花果山英才计划”双创博士,主要从事食品微生物代谢产物合成和应用研究,目前主持国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、江苏省科技厅产学研合作项目、江苏省博士后基金、江苏省高等学校自然科学研究面上项目等各类项目10项,以第一作者发表学术论文8篇,获授权发明专利2项,国际专利1项。
