一、个人简介
王淑军,女,博士,二级教授,博士生导师,江苏省海洋生物资源与环境重点实验室主任,食品科学与工程学院院长,全国“五一劳动奖章”获得者, “生物工程”江苏省“十四五”重点学科带头人,江苏省海洋科学优势学科“海洋生物资源开发利用”方向带头人。“江苏省333高层次人才培养工程”中青年科学技术带头人、江苏省“六大人才高峰”培养对象、连云港市“521工程”第一层次培养对象。加拿大滑铁卢大学访问学者,主要开展海洋生物资源开发利用、酶与酶工程以及食品加工与安全方面的研究,目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,子课题主持国家重点研发计划项目1项。主持完成国家自然科学基金项目2项、国家863子课题3项、国家科技支撑项目子课題1项,国家海洋公益项目子课题1项,省科技厅自然基金、农业支撑和社会发展项目各1项;以第一或通信作者发表SCI收录论文60多篇,出版教材1部;获得中国发明专利40件。以第一完成人获得江苏省科学技术奖三等奖1项、中国轻工业联合会科学技术发明奖三等奖1项和江苏省轻工业科学技术奖励技术发明奖一等奖1项;参与完成国家海洋科技创新奖二等奖1项。兼任中国生物化学与分子生物学学会海洋分会理事,中国微生物学会微生物教学工作委员会委员,中国生物化学与分子生物学会生物化学与分子生物技术专业委员会委员,中国湖沼学会海洋生物技术分会理事,江苏省微生物学会副秘书长和常务理事,江苏省药学会海洋药物专业委员会副主任委员、江苏省食品科学与技术学会常务理事和水产食品专业委员会负责人,江苏省轻工协会理事。

承担课程:食品微生物学(本科)、高级微生物学(研究生),食品微生物学进展(研究生) ,指导的多名研究生考取厦门大学等高校的博士研究生。
