一、个人简介
高焕，男，博士，教授。江苏海洋大学海洋科学与水产学院副院长，江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀骨干教师，江苏“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人，江苏省“333高层次人才”中青年学术技术带头人和江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才，中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所博士后，加拿大西蒙菲莎大学访问学者、韩国釜庆国立大学访问学者。近年来一直从事海洋甲壳类遗传育种、种质资源发掘与保护的研究，已在Aquaculture、Aquaculture international、Molecular Genetics and Genomics、水产学报、海洋与湖沼、海洋学报等国内外期刊上发表论文80余篇，授权发明专利5项，出版专著2部，主持或主研国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发专项“蓝色粮仓”子项目、江苏省水产三新工程项目、江苏省高校基础科学研究重大项目等20多项，获得范蠡科学技术奖（科技进步类）一等奖1项、江苏省海洋与渔业科技创新奖三等奖1项、连云港市科技进步奖二等奖1项。
