一、个人简介
翁美其，男，博士，讲师，硕士生导师。2023年6月毕业于中国科学院水生生物研究所，获得理学博士学位。近年来一直从事水生微寄生虫物种多样性、系统发育及进化研究，水产寄生虫病害等方面的研究工作，已在Reviews in Aquaculture、Frontiers in Microbiology、Frontiers in Cellular and Infection Microbiology、Parasitology、Journal of Invertebrate Pathology等国际刊物发表10余篇论文。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、江苏省自然科学基金青年基金等项目。
二、教学情况
承担课程：水产动物疾病学（本科生）、水生生物学（本科生）、动物生理学（本科生）、现代水产科技（研究生）。

1. 黄渤海典型经济贝类寄生及重寄生微孢子虫多样性与系统演化，国家自然基金青年基金项目，2027.01-2029.12，主持。
2. 类格里孢虫科微孢子虫系统分类研究，江苏省自然基金青年基金项目，2025.09-2028.08，主持。
3. 池塘养殖梭子蟹牙膏病暴发的生态基础研究，江苏省海洋生物技术重点实验室开发课题，2024.01-2025.12，主持。
4. 工厂化养殖中病害感应系统开发，江苏省产学研项目，2024-2025，主持。
5. 浮游动物微孢子虫分类与系统发育研究，江苏海洋大学人才引进科研项目，2024.01-2026.12，主持。
